It’s that time of year to consider planning your pool ‘Winterising’… to ensure the pipes, filters and valves are checked and the water level is where it should be, allowing for circulation to the main drain. A shock treatment may be necessary too.

  • We will be lowering the water level below the skimmer
  • Closing the valves for the skimmers on the filter
  • Checking the circulation through the main drain
  • Shock treating with the circulation in place to increase chlorine level
  • Dosing the pool with algaecide
  • Draining down of the pool plant system
  • Fitting of winter pool cover (if applicable)
